These terms cover the website at revalissolutions.com. They do not create a services relationship, and they are not the agreement under which Revalis works anybody's claims.

Who these terms are with

Revalis Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as Revalis (“Revalis,” “we,” “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

This website is not an offer or an agreement

Everything here describes a service in general terms. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, a contract, or professional advice of any kind. No relationship between your practice and Revalis begins because you read a page, sent the snapshot form, or received a reply to it.

Any actual engagement is governed by two separate signed documents: a mutual HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and a written service agreement. Where those documents and this website differ, those documents control, without exception.

The figures on this site are estimates

Dollar ranges, recovery percentages, timeframes, and staff-time figures on this site are estimates drawn from published industry denial data and from our own service design. They are labelled as estimates wherever they appear. They are not promises, projections, or guarantees of any result for any particular practice, and no result is guaranteed. Your own denial report is the only thing that establishes your real number.

Do not send patient information through this site

No part of this website is a secure channel for protected health information. Do not submit PHI through the form or by ordinary email. Protected health information moves only after a BAA is signed, through the private encrypted upload page we provide. See the privacy policy and the security & compliance page.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its purpose: reading about the service and contacting us about your practice. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, submit false or third-party contact details, or use it to send anything unlawful.

What belongs to whom

The text, layout, drawn document samples, and marks on this site belong to Revalis Solutions LLC. You may read, print, and forward pages for your own evaluation, which is exactly what the security page is for. You may not republish or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Every sample statement and appeal packet shown here is synthetic and labelled as such; none is a client record.

Availability, and links elsewhere

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change or withdraw any page at any time. Where we link to a third party, we are not responsible for what is on the other end of the link.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revalis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from an actual engagement is addressed in the service agreement, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this website or these terms, and you agree to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
