What this website collects.

This policy covers revalissolutions.com and nothing else. It is short because the website does very little: it has one form, and that form asks about your practice, never about your patients.

Who we are

Revalis Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, trading as Revalis. We recover small denied insurance claims for independent medical practices, on contingency. Reach us at info@revalissolutions.com.

What the form collects

The snapshot form is the only place on this site that asks you for anything. If you send it, we receive exactly what you typed into these fields and nothing else:

• Practice name
• Specialty (dermatology, behavioral health, or other)
• Number of providers, as a band
• Your name
• Your role at the practice
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give one

There is no free-text box, because a free-text box is where patient details end up. If you write to info@revalissolutions.com instead, we receive your email and whatever you put in it.

Protected health information is a separate relationship

Revalis does handle PHI, and none of it travels through this website. A mutual HIPAA Business Associate Agreement is signed first. Only then does your practice receive a private, encrypted upload page, and that page, governed by that BAA, is the only route by which claim data or clinical documentation ever reaches us.

The BAA, not this policy, governs what we may do with protected health information, how long we keep it, and what happens to it when the engagement ends. If the two ever appear to disagree about PHI, the BAA controls. Our security & compliance page describes those safeguards in plain English.

What we do with what you send

A person reads it and replies. If your practice looks like one we can help, we say what the next step would be. If it does not, we say that instead. We keep your submission as a record of who we spoke to and why.

We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing sequence, and we do not send a newsletter. Your submission is never used to train an AI model, and neither is anything else you ever send us.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our customer records system, HubSpot, which processes them on our behalf. The website is served by our hosting provider, which keeps ordinary server logs (request time, page, IP address, browser) for operational and security purposes. Both are third-party processors bound by their own terms. Neither has our permission to use your information for its own purposes.

Tracking

There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels, and no cross-site profiling on this site. We set no cookies of our own and load no fonts or scripts from anyone else's servers. HubSpot may set a cookie when you submit the form so a repeat submission is recognised as the same person. The server logs described above are kept by our host regardless. That is the whole picture.

How long we keep it

As long as the conversation is live, and afterwards as a record of it. If you want it gone, say so and it is gone.

Your choices

Write to info@revalissolutions.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction to it, or its deletion. We will do it and confirm when it is done. You do not need to cite a statute to make the request, and we will not ask why.

Children

This site is for medical practices. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried in a redline.
